If you don't receive the email
Q. I sent an inquiry but haven't received a response.
If you contact us via the inquiry form, your message will definitely reach us.
We always reply to inquiries within 5 business days, but there are cases where we cannot send a reply due to an error with the email address you provided. If you do not receive a reply within 5 business days, please send your inquiry again with a different email address.
Q. I'm not receiving emails from your shop
Our online shop automatically sends emails within one hour after an order is placed and within one hour after it has shipped. If you do not receive an email after the specified time has passed, please check the following:
*Please note that even if you do not receive an automatic reply email, if your order has been completed, we will proceed with preparing your items for shipment.
・If you registered a mobile phone or smartphone email address
Emails may not be delivered due to domain-specific reception settings. Please try changing the settings on your device.
[For mobile phones] Please register "@idios.jp" as an allowed reception address.
・For computers
Emails may have been sorted into your spam folder. Please check your spam folder and try to disable the setting. After disabling it, you should be able to receive emails.
・Incorrect email address entry
If you still cannot receive emails after trying the methods above, it is possible that the email address you entered is incorrect. Please contact us via the inquiry form with the correct email address.
Shipping and Delivery
Q. How much is shipping?
¥0 nationwide (※).
* If your total order amount is ¥10,000 or less and you select LetterPack Light or Takkyubin Compact, a fee will be charged. Shipping is free only if you select regular mail.
Q. Can I specify the delivery date?
Yes. However, you will need to select "Takkyubin Compact" as the delivery method.
*If your order total is less than 10,000 yen, a separate shipping fee will be charged.
*If your order total is 10,000 yen or more, shipping is free.
*Please specify a delivery date at least 5 days after your order is confirmed (after payment is confirmed).
Q. Where should I fill in the requested delivery date?
Please enter your information in the "Add order note" section on the cart screen. There is no place to enter information after clicking "Proceed to checkout".
※If you select a delivery date and time but do not select "Compact Express", we will not be able to fulfill your request.
Q. What shipping methods do you offer?
Orders over 10,000 yen qualify for free delivery via Takkyubin Compact or LetterPack Light. For orders under 10,000 yen, you can choose free standard mail, or paid Takkyubin Compact or LetterPack Light. Takkyubin Compact delivers in person, while LetterPack Light and standard mail are delivered to your mailbox. Please choose according to your convenience.
Q. I received a shipping confirmation email, but my order hasn't arrived.
Standard mail usually takes about 2-7 days, LetterPack Light about 2-5 days, and Takkyubin Compact about 1-3 days to reach you.
However, delivery times may vary due to weather or traffic conditions, so please wait about one week from the shipping completion notification. If it still hasn't arrived after one week, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Q. Can I cancel my order after it has been confirmed?
Please note that we do not accept cancellations of confirmed orders due to customer convenience.
Q. Please tell me about your return and exchange policy.

Aftercare and Repairs
Q. Can you repair it for me?
Yes, we have received your request. For more information, please see "About Repairs".
Q. I can no longer wear the earrings after purchase. Can they be changed to clip-ons?
Yes, we accept such requests. In addition to earring changes, we can also replace other parts, such as K18 earrings. Please contact us via the inquiry form.
Regarding gift wrapping
Q. Can you put a ribbon on it for a gift?
Yes. If you wish, please check the "Ribbon Request" box on the product page.
Q. If I order multiple items, what will the wrapping be like?
We typically wrap all items together in one box and deliver them. However, if they don't fit, we will separate them into multiple boxes and wrap them individually.
Q. Can I send it directly to the recipient as a gift?
Yes. We can send it to you. If the shipping address and billing address/name are different, we will send it as a gift.
Q. If I send it directly to the recipient as a gift, will the recipient know my name as the sender?
Yes, the gift delivery slip includes the name of the person who placed the order, so the recipient will know who the gift sender is.
Q. If I send it directly to the recipient as a gift, will any documents with prices be included?
We do not include any documents stating the price. Please be assured that the gift delivery note does not include the product price.
Q. Do you offer a message card service?
I apologize, but we do not have it available.
Q. Can I choose the box or ribbon color?
We apologize, but you cannot choose. Your items will be delivered in the appropriate box. Ribbons are available in gold only.

Q. Do you provide shopping bags?
We apologize. We do not have that available.
Q. I want to order one for a gift and one for myself. Can I send them to different addresses?
We cannot send your order to two separate addresses in a single transaction.

About the Hook Earring Findings Replacement Service
Q. Can all earrings be customized with different parts?
Only hook-type and some hoop-type earrings can be changed.
Q. Where can I change the parts?
Please select from "Choose Parts" on the product page. Modifiable parts will be displayed.
Q. The product page does not have "Select parts".
If not displayed, the item's parts cannot be changed.
Q. When I changed parts on the product page, an item called "◯◯ Change" was automatically added to my cart.
Please proceed to the purchase screen without deleting. If you delete, the changes will not be applied.
Q. After adding an item to the cart, what should I do if I want to change it to a different part?
Please delete the relevant item and the "XX Change" item from your shopping cart. Then, return to the product page and select the parts again before adding them to your cart. You cannot change parts on the shopping cart screen.
*Even if you only delete the "XX Change" item, the change request data is still included in the product itself, so the change will not be cancelled.
Q. Will the price change if I modify the parts?
Some parts incur additional fees, while others do not. K18 earring hooks, K10 white gold earring hooks, and screw-back hoop earrings will incur additional fees. All other options do not incur additional fees.
Q. If I change the parts to resin or titanium, will I still experience symptoms of metal allergy?
Since allergic reactions vary from person to person, we cannot guarantee that allergies will not occur in everyone. We introduce materials that are considered to be relatively less likely to cause metal allergies. If it does not suit your skin, please stop using it immediately.
Q. Can I purchase the earring parts from the customizable items individually?
Individual purchases are not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Regarding the receipt
Can I get a receipt?
Yes, we can. We will send it along with the product you ordered. If you would like a receipt, please indicate "receipt," the desired recipient name, and the desired purpose of payment in the comments section.
*The amount will include the total price of the product and shipping.
*If no recipient name is specified, we will enter the purchaser's name.
*If no purpose of payment is specified, we will write "accessory fee."
*We do not issue receipts in digital format.
*Please note that revenue stamps will not be affixed even for purchases of 50,000 yen or more.
*We do not reissue receipts.
