IDIOS offers repair services for items purchased from us. To ensure your cherished items last for many years to come, we meticulously repair each one. Please feel free to contact us if you require our services.
Regarding your repair request
Please contact us at shop@idios.jp or through our inquiry form, filling out the following items. We will inform you later about the feasibility of the repair, repair period, and repair cost. After your inquiry, we may ask for more details about the damage.
Attaching photos will allow for a smoother response. (Images cannot be attached via the inquiry form)
- Product name to be repaired
- Description of damage
- Whether any parts are missing
- Photos (if possible)
* If you have spam filters or domain-specific reception enabled, please change your settings to allow emails from "shop@idios.jp".
* Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for us to reply.
Regarding repair eligibility
If stones or parts are lost, we may not be able to repair them due to lack of stock. Additionally, please understand that we may not be able to accept repairs depending on the extent of the damage.
Regarding repair costs
Standard repairs are free of charge. Please note that if there are any lost parts or if the repair is difficult, a separate repair fee may be incurred.
*Customers are responsible for the one-way shipping cost when sending items for repair.
Repair period
We will inspect the condition of the product and then provide you with individual guidance.
Please note that if parts need to be ordered for repair, it may take approximately 3-4 weeks.
Repair Process
If repairs are possible, the process is as follows:
- Repair inquiry
- We will contact you with details on repair feasibility, duration, and cost.
- Formal repair request
- Payment of repair fees by bank transfer (if applicable)
- Shipping of the item to us
- Repair of the item
- Once repairs are complete, the item will be shipped to your specified address.
- Repair completion
Notes for sending
When sending items for repair, please wrap them in simple cushioning material. We cannot be held responsible for problems such as loss or misdelivery during transit. Please also note in advance that repairs may not be possible in the following cases:
If you have already paid for the repair, we will refund the amount minus the bank transfer fee.
- If the damage condition differs from what was reported.
- If the parts expected to be sent are missing.
- If the repair item does not reach us due to shipping issues.

Q. The stone from my hook earrings came off. Can it be repaired?
Yes, we do accept repairs. If the earring components and stone are undamaged, and only the wire is broken, for example, we can repair it free of charge.

Q. My necklace chain broke in the middle. Can it be repaired?
Yes. We accept repairs. For chain repairs, a repair fee will be charged. Please contact us for details.
Q. The stone in my ring has fallen out. Can it be repaired?
Yes, we do accept repairs. If the ring itself is not damaged and you have the stone, the repair can be done free of charge.

Q. Do you resize rings?
I apologize, but we do not accept that.
Q. I've lost the stone. Can it be repaired?
If parts are in stock, repairs are possible. Please contact us first so we can check the stock status.
Q. I need this repaired urgently; is that possible?
Since we will need to confirm the details of your inquiry and arrange for you to send us the product, please allow at least two weeks. The repair period will vary depending on the condition, so please contact us for more details.
