Returns & Exchanges

We will only accept returns or exchanges for initial defects. While we take the utmost care in managing and shipping our products, if you happen to receive an item with an initial defect, please refer to the information below and contact us or email shop@idios.jp. Returns made without prior notice will be refused.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Issues related to the inherent properties and condition of natural stones and pearls, such as inclusions, cracks, scratches, variations in color, and size.
  • Returns based on the effectiveness or efficacy of natural stones.
  • Customer-initiated reasons such as "the item looks different from the picture" or "the color is not what I expected."
  • Customer-initiated reasons such as "I accidentally ordered the wrong item."
  • Items that have been used.
  • Items where the box or accessories delivered with the product have been damaged, soiled, or lost.
  • Items for which more than 8 days have passed since delivery.
  • Cases where you have not contacted us in advance.
  • Damage or loss of product by the shipping carrier.

Defective product replacement procedure

Please contact us at shop@idios.jp within 7 days of receiving the product. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will refund the product price.
Please note that returns made without prior notification will be refused.
