This service allows you to remount the natural stones from your existing earrings into a pendant top.
Anyone who has purchased earrings from Idios is eligible to use this service.
If you have lost one earring and cannot repurchase it because it is a one-of-a-kind item, or if you simply want to change things up and turn your earring's natural stone into a necklace, please consider using our remodeling service.
This service was created in response to numerous requests from our customers.
※This is a special service for repeat customers of the IDIOS online store.
It is not available for first-time orders.
How to Use Our Services
Apply from the "Earring Remake Service Application" page
Please select your desired necklace chain.
(In addition to the necklace chain fee, a labor charge of ¥500 will be incurred)

Make your payment from the dedicated page linked in the guidance email.
We will inform you of the labor and material costs.
We will also send you a link to a dedicated page where you can proceed with the payment.

Receive your submission kit
We will ship your submission kit within 3 business days of your order. You will receive an envelope with a pre-addressed label and stamps attached. All you need to prepare are the earrings themselves.

Place your earrings in the shipping kit and drop them in the mailbox.
Please ship them within 5 days of receiving the shipping kit.

Receipt confirmation email will be sent
We will send you an email once we have received your package.
Your items will be shipped within 5 business days from the email send date. We will send you another shipping notification email.

Q. Is this available for a first-time purchase?
We apologize, but this offer is only available to returning customers who have previously purchased earrings from us.
Q. Can I replace the earrings with ones that are not IDIOS products?
We apologize, but this offer is only valid for earrings purchased from the IDIOS online store.
Q. I purchased IDIOS earrings from a store other than the IDIOS online store. Can I still use your services?
We apologize, but as the number of items purchased by customers is counted by the online store system, earrings purchased outside of the IDIOS online store are not eligible for this service.
Q. Will there be a fee?
In addition to the craftsmanship fee, the main body price of the necklace will also be charged.
Q. I only have one earring, can I have it remade?
Yes, I'll take care of it.
Q. What happens if I have piercings in both ears?
Please send only the earrings with the natural stones you wish to have remade.
Q. What about the earring findings?
We will return it along with the delivered product. If you do not need it, we can dispose of it for you.
Q. The stone of the earring I'm planning to send has come off, can you fix it?
It is perfectly fine to just send the stone.
Q. I'd like to change the remade item back into earrings. Is that possible?
We apologize, but we are unable to process your request. We appreciate your understanding.
Q. I selected a paid shipping method when purchasing a product. What happens next?
When we deliver the remade item, we will use the shipping method you selected. Please note that the delivery and return of the shipping kit will be via standard mail only.
Q. What happens if my earrings are lost or damaged during shipping to IDIOS using the shipping kit?
We will refund the full amount. Please note that we do not compensate or guarantee damaged or lost items (unless you have arranged a delivery method with insurance yourself).
Q. When sending earrings, I'd like to use a shipping method with insurance and tracking instead of regular mail. Is this possible?
Yes, it is possible. However, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and packaging materials required for the change in shipping method. There is no need to contact us regarding the change in shipping method. Please discard any unused shipping kits.
Q. Can you send it to the recipient's address as a gift?
We apologize, but we cannot deliver to an address different from that of the purchaser.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel, please contact us via inquiry. If the shipping kit has not yet been dispatched by us, we will refund the full product price.
If the shipping kit has already been dispatched, we will refund the product price minus a 1,300 yen handling fee. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable, even if you have paid for them.

※ If you cancel a transaction for this service, we will refund the product price minus a 1,300 yen handling fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded, even if you paid for shipping. Please note that transactions will be canceled in the following cases:
・If you send earrings purchased from another store or outside the IDIOS online store to IDIOS.
・If more than 5 days have significantly passed the deadline for sending items to us.
・If two weeks have passed since the shipping kit was sent, and we have not received contact or your earrings/findings.
※ If your earrings/findings are damaged or lost during shipping to us, we will refund the full product price. Please note that we are not responsible for compensating or guaranteeing your damaged or lost items. (This does not apply if you arrange a shipping method with insurance yourself.)
