Regarding Payment
The following payment methods are available in our online shop:
Credit Card Payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
PayPal Payment
PayPal is a globally used payment service. By registering with PayPal, you can make payments without entering your credit card information. For details on PayPal, please refer to the PayPal website (opens in a new window).
Bank Transfer
This payment method involves transferring funds to a designated bank account.
- Transfer fees are the customer's responsibility.
- The payment deadline is 7 days from the order date.
- If the payment deadline is exceeded, the order will become "invalid." Please note that even if you make a transfer, the payment will not be completed.
- Please ensure you transfer the exact amount of the invoice. Please note that overpayments cannot be refunded.
- Please keep the receipt or payment slip issued upon completion of payment, or the inquiry number if using online banking. (If proof of payment cannot be confirmed, you may not receive post-purchase support.)
- Products will be delivered after confirmation of payment into the designated account. Even if the transfer procedure is completed, if the funds are not deposited into the designated account due to financial institution holidays, etc., confirmation will be on the next business day. Thank you for your understanding.
Smartphone Payment (QR Code)
You can use PayPay, Merpay, and LINE Pay.
※If it is difficult for you to receive your package for any reason, please contact shop@idios.jp. If we do not receive prior notice and the package is returned to us due to long-term absence or refusal to accept delivery after shipment, we may refuse future orders regardless of the reason. We appreciate your understanding.
※After a product is shipped, Japan Post will hold the package for 1 week. If more than 1 week passes, the package will be returned to us. We ask that you please receive your package as soon as possible after shipment.

Shipping and Delivery Methods
Delivery methods vary depending on the total amount of your order.
- For orders totaling less than 10,000 yen
Standard Mail (no tracking/compensation / delivered to mailbox / no time slot specification) Free
LetterPack Light (with tracking, no compensation / delivered to mailbox / no time slot specification) ¥430
Takkyubin Compact (with tracking/compensation / delivered in person / time slot specification available) ¥680
*Free shipping methods do not include damage compensation. Please be aware that we cannot compensate for theft, loss, damage, etc. If you wish to have compensation or tracking, please choose a paid shipping method. - For orders totaling 10,000 yen or more
LetterPack Light (with tracking, no compensation / delivered to mailbox / no time slot specification) Free
Yamato Transport Takkyubin Compact (with tracking/compensation / delivered in person / time slot specification available) Free
* Depending on the package size, delivery may be made using the above shipping methods.
* We only ship within Japan. We do not offer international shipping.
* Please note that we may deliver using a different shipping method than those listed above without prior notice.
Delivery Time
Orders will be shipped within approximately 5 days after receipt. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
- Standard Mail...Expected to be delivered within 5 days from the shipping date
- LetterPack Light...Expected to be delivered within 5 days from the shipping date
- Yamato Transport Takkyubin Compact...Expected to be delivered within 3 days from the shipping date
* Delivery may be delayed beyond the estimated date due to weather, traffic conditions, or holidays.
Specifying Delivery Date and Time
If your shipping method is Takkyubin Compact, you can specify a delivery date and time. Please enter your preferences in "+ Add order note" on the cart screen. Please choose your preferred delivery time slot from the following:
- Morning
- Around 2 PM - 4 PM
- Around 4 PM - 6 PM
- Around 6 PM - 8 PM
- Around 7 PM - 9 PM
* For delivery date specification, please choose a date that is 5 business days or more after order confirmation (payment confirmation).
* Delivery date and time cannot be specified for Standard Mail. Please be sure to select "Takkyubin Compact" (paid if the total order amount is less than 10,000 yen).
* If you request a specific date and time but select Standard Mail, the date and time specification will not be applied. Thank you for your understanding.
Combining Orders
If the shipping preparation has not yet begun, we can combine separate orders for shipping. If you wish to do so, please contact us or email shop@idios.jp. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request if shipping preparation has already been completed.
If you are not available to receive the delivery
If you are not home when a delivery driver attempts to deliver your package by hand, the shipping company will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox. Please follow the instructions on the notice to receive your package.
If you miss the pickup deadline
Packages can be picked up for 7 days from the shipping date. If this pickup period is exceeded, the package will be returned to us. If a package is returned, we will notify you by email. If you wish, we will reship the package at your expense. Please note that we do not offer reshipment more than once. In that case, your order will be canceled as a refusal to accept delivery, so please be aware of this in advance.
* Reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.
* Payment for reshipment can only be made by bank transfer. We will provide further instructions by email. (Transfer fees will be borne by the customer)
* If you repeatedly have long absences, refuse to accept delivery, or reject delivery due to customer circumstances, we may refuse future orders regardless of the reason. Please ensure that you receive all ordered items.
About Gift Wrapping and Packaging
Items purchased through our online store will be delivered in our original box (free of charge). For more details, please see "About Wrapping".
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Returns and Exchanges
We take the utmost care in managing and shipping our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product (damaged, stained, etc.), a different product, or an incorrect quantity, we will exchange or refund the item at our expense. In such cases, we kindly ask that you contact us or email shop@idios.jp within 7 days of receiving the product. A representative will get back to you shortly.
* Defects are limited to damage that occurred upon delivery. We do not accept returns for damage that occurred after wear.
Cases where returns and exchanges are not accepted
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:
- Issues related to the inherent properties of natural stones and pearls, such as inclusions (internal impurities) or cracks (fissures or scratches), variations in color, or size.
- Reasons based on the presence or absence of effects/benefits of natural stones.
- Customer-initiated reasons such as "the image is different from the photo" or "the color is not what I expected."
- Customer-initiated reasons such as "I accidentally ordered the wrong product."
- Used items.
- Products where the box or accessories delivered with the product have been damaged, soiled, or lost.
- Products for which more than 8 days have passed since arrival.
- Cases where you have not contacted us in advance.
* If you wish to exchange an item and it is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Cancellations
Please note that cancellations cannot be made after an order has been completed due to customer convenience. Please place your order with this understanding.
If the payment deadline is exceeded or the package is returned due to non-receipt, the order will be automatically canceled. If your order is canceled without prior notice, we may decline future orders. Please be aware of this.
Important points for returns
When returning an item, please include the box and accessories that were delivered with the product. When returning, please use a delivery service and be sure to keep a copy of the shipping label. We cannot be held responsible for problems such as loss or misdelivery during shipping if there is no proof of shipment. Furthermore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases. Please be aware of this in advance.
- If the item did not arrive due to shipping trouble.
- If the item was damaged due to shipping trouble.
- If the product or accessories are missing.

About natural stones
- Natural stones may have unique inclusions or cracks (fissures, scratches, etc.). We ask for your understanding that these are part of the charm of natural stones.
- Please note that we do not guarantee the effects or benefits of the stones.
- Because natural stones are used, each item may have slight differences in shape and color from the images. Thank you for your understanding.
- Each natural stone is unique. Please note that there may be slight differences from the sizes listed on the website.

In the event of a high volume of orders, items may be out of stock even after your order has been confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.
