This is a natural stone that contains a red sparkle within clear quartz. The glittering red inclusions are crystals of lepidocrocite, whose main component is iron. It has a scale or needle-like shape and is called "rin-tetsu-kou" (scaly iron ore) in Japanese.
This stone has high clarity in its base quartz, allowing the sparkle of the included lepidocrocite to be seen clearly. The fine cut reflects light on its facets, making it sparkle.
