At Idios, we offer after-care and remodeling services to ensure you can enjoy your chosen natural stones for a long time. Over many years of use, wires may break or natural stones may chip due to age-related deterioration.
In such cases, please consider our "Stone Replacement Service" or "Earring Remodeling Service."
Additionally, requests from customers are carefully considered and may be adopted as official services. Please feel free to share your requests with us.

Hook earring finding change service
Hook-type earrings can have their components altered free of charge (with some exceptions) so that they can be used by people without pierced ears or those with metal allergies. If you wish to make a change, please select from "Select Parts" on each product page.
Original Jewelry Box
Delivered in original box
Your purchased items will be carefully placed in a jewelry box and delivered to you. We also offer a ribbon-wrapping service for gifts.

You will receive a mini storage bag.
Customers who order jewelry will receive clear mini bags for storage, one for each item purchased. With a zipper for sealing, these bags prevent the oxidation of precious metals, keeping them beautiful for a long time. They are perfect not only for storage but also for taking your jewelry with you when you go out or travel. For customers who order hook earrings, silicone backs to prevent loss will also be included.
After the case
Aftercare & Repairs
We offer repair services for items you have purchased from us. In addition to issues such as broken wires, we also accept requests to replace clasps with new ones. Please feel free to contact us.

Hook Earring Stone Replacement Service
If you have previously ordered earrings from Idios and have the earring findings in your possession, you can have your preferred natural stone replaced at 40% off the regular price. This service is ideal if a stone has chipped or you wish to purchase new earrings at a reasonable price.
Initial service
Earring remake service
This is a service to refashion the natural stones from earrings you previously purchased into a necklace. Please use this service if you wish, for example, to "turn the stone from one earring into a necklace because I lost the other." This service was created in response to requests from many customers.

Instagram Video Filming Service
We will post videos of items you are interested in on Instagram Stories. Of course, there's no problem if you don't purchase them. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything you're interested in. We also accept requests via Instagram DMs.
